As I recall Crawley Borough Council (the owners of the Broadfield Stadium?) gave the idea the thumbs down when it was suggested some years back.

Indeed they did, and as already mentioned the Broadfield's capacity isn't big enough. It can't even hold as much as the Withdean before the extra seats.

Yes Withers is shit, but it's the best option we have until our new home is built.

We can't leave now. Just remember it's not indefinite, we know we've got somewhere new to go to, we just need to wait til it's ready.
