The offer to Plymouth's creditors is pathetic without doubt, however how much money would liquidation realise ? Probably end up costing more in legal fees.

"How much money would liquidation realise?" is, at first sight, a nonsensical question. The "answer" is nothing. Think a bit longer, though, and I guess the true answer is 99.23 per cent of the £18 million that is owed. The problem for the former owners, of course, is that they've spent it already.

Of course it's a nonsensical question, it's rhetorical.

Way out west
In the case of liquidation - do they not have to give 30 days notice before it becomes effective - which would enable them to play their last game and remain in the football league?

If they go under and their games don't count, does that mean we would not be Champions yet? seeing as that's six points difference, putting us only 10 points clear.

They will complete the season. No way will they fold before the final game on 7/5.

If they take away the points the table looks like this:

The season would be a 44 game season, Southampton and us have 4 more games, and huddersfield have 3. Promotion is guaranteed, but Southampton can still catch us for the championship

If unplayed games are awarded as wins for their opponents the table looks like this:

Title and promotion are safe.

Looks bad for them. I hope they survive. Fond memories of getting promotion at Home Park in the Bobby days. That and Plymouth gin means I always enjoyed that trip out west.

The BBC report says the creditors meeting is the 6th May. If the offer is rejected, it says Plymouth will go into liquidation.

If this is the case...and Plymouth are not due to play their final game of the season until May 7th...would this mean their results this season are expunged...?

Probably! which means if we do not win one more game, the Scummers will be crowned as champions

Ive already raised this issue here and with ask the club and got a bit of abuse for being a pssimist rather than a realist. Let Gus know we need to win one more game,he probably doesn`t know how stupid the F L can be
