Before I moved to Telford in 2002 I lived on the Tesco's estate for 5 years and before that 10 years on the Folders Lane estate.

When I go back to visit Sussex I love to drive into the old Close and see how things have changed ... good memories of BH but I don't think the town has too much to offer the 18-25 brigade.

I've been living in Burgess Hill for all of my 25 years - and nowadays I can't wait to leave (I do seasonal work for a tour operator). I used to really love the town, despite everyone else seeming to hate it, but I've really got disheartened over the past 5 or so years with the overwhelming CHAVINESS that has taken hold.
