Not going to happen - way too much pressure is put on the shoulders of every kid who shows promise.
If some people had their way we would play the whole of the development squad in place of the first team if they won a few games in a row! There is such a gulf between the football they play and the Championship - kids like Robinson who were pushed too far too fast when we were lower than we are now were destroyed as a result and never achieved their potential. Have patience!
