I've always been a Bruno fan, mainly because I like his flair and style.

Motm for me today, although Stockdale had a blinder too and would also have been a worthy winner of the award.

Now I have been Brunos biggest critic over the last couple of seasons and would happily have seen him NEVER pulling on a shirt again ever because:

He was a defender who cant defend
The silly sendings off (eg wolves a last season)
The getting caught out of position
The bottling of challenges

However

Now he has Rosenior as competiton (and I love Calde I really do) Bruno has been excellent. But then he now HAS to be.

Bruno was excellent today, my man of the match. It's no wonder he's keeping Rosenior and Calderon out of the team.

Nobody gets past Bruno, not even last season,

The trickier wingers like Antonio and Conway find space to get a cross in that Bruno can't block and he blocks most of them.

Best right back since ......

"wonderfully quick on his feet, sure kicker with either foot, fearless tackler".
"possibly the most stylish and polished back in the Second Division" with "few equals as a tackler"; **** claimed he was "regarded as one of the best full-backs in the Second Division… a cool and resourceful defender, who kicks to a very useful length. He is a man of fine physique standings .
