Do they do anything apart from fly people?

Thanks

Carry out dirty tricks campaigns against other airlines - Freddie Laker, B Cal and Virgin (failed there though ) for example

I've just done a search, it was British Airtours, August 1985 - is that the same as BA, I've no idea?

I not sure that British Airtours were part of BA but maybe have been franchised in those days as part of the BA group. ( Although I worked for BA for 10 years I wasn't there that early in my career ).

Possibly similar to GB Airways today, in that they have the BA livery but are in fact a franchise.

September 10 1976: When a British Airways Trident collided with a Yugoslav DC-9 near Zagreb, Yugoslavia, 176 people died. It was the worst mid-air collision on record.
