I don't think the pitch would be in great condition after being covered for 48hours plus. I don't think the withdean grass has seen much daylight for the past few weeks. You have to consider the Posh fans as well as more snow is forecast for them tonight.

well it won't improve till the end of march, grass doesn't grow in the winter...

Neither team has got a game next Tuesday night and once upon a time they would have considered rescheduling the game by just a week. I know there is no chance of this actually happening, but as everyone who was going had a ticket, and if the club told anyone who wants a refund to post it back before the weekend, why would it actually be impossible to be playing the Posh next week?
