I know, that London's a rough old place, who knows what kind of middle class ruffians might want to move to Hannover, forcing their double-barrelled named kids into our primary schools after visiting friends who've already made the move. Whatever next?

The population explosion (if it exists) is just a side effect of being lucky enough to live in a nice place. To be expected really...
