Manure are really good, quick and strong, but I think we have enough to get something, or at least, not a tonking. BUT not as we are, GP needs to change it,

When I saw Montoya and Lamptey in the starting line up my jaw dropped.

I've no idea what happens next but at the very least a change of formation. I can only assume they had a running race for starting places?

Which is why we look off the pace !

Connelly has one game and that is to run on to through balls hasnt got strength to hold ball up. However to be fair to him there is one thing certain he will never be able to play as a lone striker in any division. Maupay can move defenders about and if he was going to rest him and play one up front it should have been Murray.

Physically he is nowhere this level yet.

We’ve ALLOWED them to be good by playing with no shape or tempo from minute one, they clearly have better players than us but it’s men against boys.

The team against Leicester was the first selection that had excited me in many months

Now back to pushing the random selection machine for Man U game!

They've had barely any shots, they have not been good, which shows how bad we have been.

Well that was disappointing.

Far too passive, two right backs, VAR clearly not working, Ryan having one. Needs a sort out.

Man Utd have been massively improved by the signing of Fernandes, this is probably their first choice starting xi and that midfield/attack will trouble any side. That said, we've done ourselves no favours tonight with how we've set up.

That was a very Hughton-esque first half. Sit off, back off, let them have the ball, keep our shape and when we do get the call, try and rush it and loose it almost instantly.

The linesman is an effing disgrace though. Whether we deserve to lose or not, don’t forget that. How he can he be a top elite linesman still. Seriously

Our passing is poor and we always need too many touches that we come under pressure to easily. Duffy & Stephens weak links on the ball

Propper is usually guilty of this too, but it’s generally the case across the midfield and forward positions whoever it is. We don’t move quickly enough and hesitate when it comes to decision making. In a word, we’re too...slow.
