well I've just finished my pre-match warm up (walking the dogs in the forest) and I'm about to settle down for an afternoon of non-stop sporting action with cricket via the internet live commentary, Birmingham in the cup (fancy them for the most unlikely cup double ever? 1-1 HT) rugby on tv, and most important, the Albion on Seagulls Player.
