NSC's Most Stalked
Here we go again, get your thinking caps on, it is time to vote for player of the month once again. The results have improved, but we still loom in the relegation dog fight. The enthusiasm has been curbed, and dreams of promotion dashed already.

Liam Dickinson walked August with 68% of the votes, but now he is being heralded as a load of shite. Gary Dicker finished second with 8% of the votes and Kuipers solid as always grabbed 5% of the votes from the NSC faithful.

The table after one month looks like this
1. Liam Dickinson 68% (92votes)
2. Gary Dicker 8% (11votes)
3. Michel Kuipers 5% (7votes)

Well done Dicko

Just the 4 games this month, so heres a little reminder

Brighton 1 - 0 Wycombe
Peter Taylor and Ian Westlake returned to a sunny Withdean as Nicky Forster scored the only goal as Brighton finally won a game in the 09/10 season.

Carlisle 0 - 2 Brighton
For the first time in what seems like forever, Brighton won at Brunton Park. Forster notched a brace, scoring in his 4th consecutive game. A neat lob and a poachers effort from a Dickinson cross sealed back to back wins.

Brighton 2 - 3 Southend
Maybe the most entertaining match at Withdean for many a year. Southend's Lee Barnard scoring against us as usual. Forster hit back with a deft dink over the keeper. Southend scored after some comical defending. Forster hit back with a great turn and shot. Then comedy hit the defence again and a last gasp Southend winner ruined the day.

Bristol Rovers 1 - 1 Brighton
A hard fought draw away at high flying Rovers. Captain Fantastic Virgo tried to ruin the day by getting his marching orders in the first half. Tunnicliffe scored his first goal for the club with a header, but the lead was only held on to for 11 minutes.

Although it seems it may be one way traffic yet again this month, get voting for one of the 17 players tried in September.....

As always, Winner of the months poll as always will get 5 points for coming first, 3 points for 2nd and 1 point for 3rd

I think having Dicker in the midfield has made a big difference this month,
but you can't argue with the bloke who sticks it in the old onion bag. Forster for me.

Forster has done well.

El Abd has been surprisingly good of late, but its' still Forster for me.

Forster, no doubt.

Tunners would have got the 2nd place vote, if there had been one.
