I think we need to stop blaming withdean and the fans for our poor home form.
would we perform better with a livelier crowd? probably. Will it guarantee more wins? no.

Would the crowd be livelier with better performances? probably. But it's a cyclical argument. Form is better with a better crowd. The crowd is better with better form.

The thing is, when the players screw up and loss, we give them an out, we stop them looking at themselves by talking about withdean fatigue, and dead crowds, etc. We happily give them something else to blame their poor performance on, and they take it.

Let's stop with that. Let's not say "well, it's all we can expect at withdean", let's stop with the "it can't be fun playing in a library". Let's hold the players accountable for what is in their control: their performance.

Why should they bother trying at home if they can half-arse it without being criticised?

We were worth a draw today. Neither team created much and if virgo hadn't had his nightmare moment I'm pretty sure it would've ended 0-0

Instead of wasting money on more new players, who'll underperform like the rest, why not splash out on a decent sports psychologist to rid them of this pathetic 'we can't win at Withdean' bollocks?

Forget that, lets try Paul McKenna.......maybe he can hypnotise them into thinking Withdean is an away ground.

My 2 pence worth from today:

Calderon is a GOD except the last few minutes where he smashed the ball over when a simple pass would've done better. Elphick was crap, Kuipers was made to look good by their shit forward late on in the game with 2 clear cut chances. Cox changed the game and played the best in the 2nd half, Forster was rubbish today and Murray not much better. Bennett was shit, Painter looked alright, Virgo still cant head the ball properly, the centre of midfield was rubbish.

Overall Millwall were shit......Brighton were shit.......we deserved to draw but not win, they did not deserve to win.
