How come other managers can come in and get results with the same team that the departing manager failed to do so. Martin O'Neill for instance at Villa, all he's done is organise the team, put a bit of spirit and belief back in to them and look at what they're doing now. That is why IMO Wilkins isn't the right man for this job, great coach, but that doesn't make him a good manager. The alarm bells were ringing when the players came out publicly to state they wanted him to get it. This to me shows they're not being worked hard enough and we should have appointed someone who comes in with a clean slate and will shake things up a bit
