Poke will have the pre-season run to get comfortable in the team, without pressure, instead of being dropped in the team because the injury occurred the day before an important match.

Hmm we'll see. I think with a good pre season under his belt and knowing that he could well be starting against Northampton and Swindon will lift his confidence alot.

Good point, he's been going back and form from Southampton to different loan clubs in previous years so we should be able to get the best out of him.
