I saw on SSN that Brentford have signed Gary Alexander from Millwall, good signing. Also Notts County have signed one on loan from Birmingham until January.

Yeah i was reading the London papers yesterday and i was shocked when it looked like they were signing Alexander. But as you say BG it is a good signing.

He's been around but hardly a 25 goal a season player. Never been that prolific in recent years. I can just imagine the whining on here if we'd have signed him.

I think he is great signing for them, tbh

Mate at work who is a Bees fan is really looking forward to new season,& says they'll improve on last year. Diagouraga(from Posh) & a certain Forster are defo good investments,& now Alexander.

May have a piece of that +26 on Corals handicap(18/1),is it's still available?

Forster and Alexander are a class front 2 in this division. Reckon Brentford are a good shout for the playoffs this season.

Brentford are building a tidy team it has to be said.

Think I would prefer a strike force of Forster and Alexander trotting out at Swinners than Barnes and Holroyd to be honest.*

*If Gus goes with two up front.

Just seen Hartlepool have signed a Uruguayan striker Fabian Yantorno (or something) - But he must be shite or OBVIOUSLY Gus would have snapped him up
