News reports are that the Swiss have frozen his assets, so he ain't getting that back.

It is ridiculous, isn't it? Mugabe used to send his wife on regular shopping sprees in Harrods.

Presumably, if Mulbarak did seek asylum in England, we would have to house him for the interim as his life would be in danger if he returned.

A win-win situation for the Tories if Mubarak came to live here , they could give him a lifetime peerage in exchange for some wonga.
