Enjoying the premiership decider here, and every time Man City have the ball, the whole crowd boos. What idiots, it's like watching Turkey play.

It's called an atmosphere.
So there's no atmosphere anywhere else in the country? Have you watched the whole game? It's not been as bad the last 10 minutes, but it was awful.

No, I was posting this as he was coming on, but I was referring to the hour of booing before that.

They were booing all during the first half every time a City player had the ball. Sounded quite good, just seemed to catch on and didn't stop a bit like Great Escape against Burnley.

??? to each their own I guess.

I'm just whinging because it was spoiling my enjoyment. A big difference between singing a song and just straight booing.

The wall of noise was pretty impressive. If it came across that loud on tele it must have been deafening in the ground. Better than sitting in silence.

Watched the game yeah, and thank God Man City are going to piss on Utd's fireworks! I don't understand what the rest of the country has to do with making an atmosphere at Newcastle by booing. However you generate an atmosphere is good by me.

Agreed. Let's see what Gary says.

Do you remember watching Galatasaray in the Champions League, or Turkey, and hearing 90 minutes of whistling? Awful.

If Utd lose today City basically have the title. City would have to lose their final match and Utd would have to win their final match by at least eleven.

I remember the year they played an English team (Chelsea?) in the ECL and had the PA on during the game. The UEFA officials quickly told them to turn it off, that was well funny.

Will sit there in silence next time just so you enjoy the game a bit more.....

You could have tried singing a few rousing songs and getting behind your team instead of booing the opposition, the boost to your team might have got you a point or 3

There were plenty of songs being sang, whether they came across loud on tele or not I don't know but the atmosphere was decent today.
