Downloaded the update, now when I go on a myspace site, the music won't load - Just doesn't like Adobe Flash Player for some reason. FFS, Anyone know how to fix this?

Surely not hearing some of the rubbish people have on their myspace profiles is a good thing? :jester:

Don't use IE? Standards incompliant archaic crap with a bumped version number is still incompliant archaic crap.

Match Live console works fine in Firefox if you have the current Windows Media Player - it pops up telling you it won't, you dismiss that, and two to three seconds later... it works.

IE6 is crap. Still no proper support for .png format, shit if you are webdesigner and need to create transparent logos to go over a css gradient background.

I dont know if IE7 support .png properly either.

Why is it everyone else in the world apart from M$ tries to keep to standards.

The update may have changed the internet connection settings. To solve the problem open IE7, click on tools and Internet connections. Click the connections tab, then click the first entry in the Dial-up and Virtual Private networks list and click settings. Select the Automatically detect settings option and click ok, then repeat these steps for each entry in the list. You should also click the LAN settings button and select it's Automatically detect settings option. Click ok to confirm these settings and close the connections tab then restart IE7. Simple really.

The IE / Firefox debate will go on for years.

Anyone that knows about computers will use Firefox, Opera, Konquerer because they can see how crap IE7 is underneath the hood.

IE7 locks down your freedom, it also screws up your Windows installation.

As for the add-ons I believe you have to pay for them, is this true?

I dont hardly hear off any problems when people use Firefox.

Apart from silly things like:-

I dont like the way it downloads images
I cant use ebay with it
Its slowerer than Internet Explorer
It does not display webpages properly

Stop using IE as your benchmark, its total shit.

Everyone else in the computing industry is trying hard to create a set of standards.

Firefox works on Windows, Mac, Linux, BSD and probably other OS.

3 of those "silly things" you mentioned are the most important things to a internet user. If a browser cant display websites properly and is slow then it is f***ing useless as far as Im concerned and in my experience firefox has both those problems.
