I've always liked KK. he's never claimed to be the best or have a special talent. he was turned down as a youngster for being too small but made the grade with a move from Scunthorpe to Liverpool, having been spotted by the legend that was Shankly.
It was his workrate and effort that made him a top player and European player of the year. As a manager it seems his strengh was inspiring players. I imagine he believed that players who worked hard could, like him, achieve so how galling it must be to find those with talent are often lazy.
KK may not be the brightest tactically but he'd bleed for England.
