Personally I could only stomach the stuff he did with his brothers. His music as a solo artist really pisses me off.

Off The Wall and Thriller are superb albums. Bad was an excellent album as well (apart from the title track, and M J with a laughably camp dance troup trying to look hard). Man in the Mirror off that album is one of my all time faves. Its all downhill from those albums though, but he still comes out with the odd decent track (Blood on the Dancefloor gets me throbbing).
Up until the mid-eighties, Jackson was the coolest dude on the planet. Now he is probably the most f***ed-up individual I have ever seen. Very sad.
