It's really quite simple , but you seem to be having a hard time grasping it .
Divide 4 by 15 and that will give you the answer .

if it was 4/11 on the chance would be 4 divided by 15. Its is however odds against. How can you apply the same caclulation for odds on and odds against ?.

Because the formula for the calculation is the same , whether it's Odds On or Odds Against .
The number on the right is divided by the total of of the 2 numbers added together .

4/11 is 11 divided by 15 = 73.33 %
11/4 is 4 divided by 15 = 26.67 %

As in this instance they are both inverse to each other ,
they will always equal 100 % when added together .
