I may be being naive here in some way but how hard would it be for the club to be able to tell Richards EXACTLY what is happening, or am I supposed to believe that it really is beyond the abilities of this club to actually sort out loans/transfers in advance of the 11th hour?

Another transfer window series of cock ups due to what always looks, to me anyway, like Micky Mouse management coming up?
