I also like Jet alot and BRMC, I've seen BRMC live and they were really good.
Ive also heard a couple of 22-20s songs and i quite liked them.
I quite like the darkness, but I think their next album will judge whether they are good band or not

My two favourite new bands are both from Brighton. First up The LoveGods, just a great band, absolutely superb live. Difficult to describe the music, very emotional rock music with an amazing female singer.
And secondly Lucky Jim, just discovered them this week, but the debut album is fantastic, great british americana, the only guitar band on skint, sort of bob dylan on a night out with nick cave and gram parsons, top stuff.

I went to see capdown at the concorde about a year and a bit ago. They were absolute quality.
