Another vote for Casino Royale, the best film I had seen at the flicks for longer than I can remember, hi-octane entertainment that stands well on its own and not just as another film in a long series.

Did you all know that the quarry scene in a view to a kill was filmed in the Chalk Pits Museum in Amberley, twas the year I left school, can remember seeing the airship flying over the Downs.

No.

Edit: I still fondly remember what Jane Seymour did for my hormones as an 11-year-old when I first saw it...

Edit2: I still fondly remember what Jane Seymour does for my hormones as a 45-year-old when I watch it now...

Depends what you think Bond should be like really. For my money From Russia With love and Casino Royale are two of the best.

Thunderball or You Only Live Twice are my favourite.

Never been a good one.

Les is a bit lemon 'cos he has twice been passed over for the role of Bond, once he was pipped at the post by George lazemby and again by Roger Moore.

Les is currently making his own bond film using his own funds, entitled "You Only Felch Twice" starring himself as Bond and Munkfish as the arch Villain Arsefelt.

Can't wait.

For me You Only Live Twice.

Best theme is OHMSS without a doubt.

Just escapism I suppose.

Perhaps thats why I don't get it. I spend everyday on some sort of adventure thanks to being a billionaire and every evening with a bevy of beauties. I am already living the dream.
