As a Sussex student circa ‘99 I definitely remember going downstairs to those bathrooms. The station was under rehabilitation then, so coming back a few years later and seeing the shed roof in all its glory was spectacular. I just looked up the Bystander cafe and I’m thrilled to see it seems to still be around.
