Can anyone explain to me why BBC's Springwatch starts in the ******* summer and Autumnwatch starts in the winter.

What about summer and winter watch anyway?

Has Bill Oddity got a hand in this?

:lolol:

The last I heard about Bill Oddie was when his colleagues on that programme said "we hope he gets better soon." Do you know what happened?

I know he has had severe depression throuighout his life, whether it was to do with this I don't know. Chris Packham is actually very good.

Bill Oddie has suffered from depression all his life and has been in and out of hospitals and clinics many times.

I believe it was being ill again that led to his departure from presenting Spring Watch but he has appeared since in nature programmes.
