Why do these sort of posts always get made? Are you suggesting that peterborough miscounted by 1500?

Ticket office confirmed 3000 had been sold a couple of days back, as did the Peterborough ticket office, plus those who paid on the day. That terrace holds 4400, no way is it just over 1/3 full (1700 if you take off the 800 seats).

The seats sold out according to t.o around a week ago, and our initial allocation was either 7/800 seats

Looks like they got it spectacularly wrong then! Reminds me of Chesterfield...

Sounds rather dodgy if they did announce 3000 tickets had been sold during the week!

Its happened at Orient in the past few years, when its been POTD. Somehow we had the entire side of the pitch (around 2.5-3k) but ended up with the away attendance at 1500 or so. Funnily enough i remember people saying they paid cash and were given no ticket, going straight into the ticket sellers pockets.

And come on HPP seagull, do you really genuinely think that terrace is around 1/3rd full? If so i presume you werent at the game.
