Entertainer Day made bankrupt

Darren Day has been made bankrupt, according to Barnsley County Court.
The court said the entertainer, who once headlined West End musicals, was made bankrupt on October 5, the Daily Mail reported.
The 38-year-old, famed for his 'love rat' exploits, told the paper: "It's my life. I don't want to talk about it."
His agent has said that Darren is hoping to relaunch his career by touring with Barry Manilow songs, adding: "We are just trying to concentrate on rejuvenating his career."
At the height of his fame, Darren starred in shows such as Joseph And The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Summer Holiday and Grease.
He has dated Anna Friel, Tracy Shaw, and Isla Fisher and had a baby with former Hear'Say singer Suzanne Shaw.
He is reportedly now with former Emmerdale actress Stephanie Dooley, with whom he has a baby.
Darren has previously blamed his cocaine use for wrecking his life.
He said: "My addiction wrecked my career and was the reason for the end of every relationship I had. I blew £750,000 on partying, drugs, drink and hotels. And it nearly cost me my life."
