Well, let me see now. It's back to school tomorrow (today for you guys I suppose). My first class is Greek For Visionary Philosophers at 9:30am. It finishes at 10:20am. Back home, watch Canada v USA in the final of the World Junior Hockey Champs live from Helsinki, then off to the cinema to watch Lord of the Rings again. Then free time until Wednesday. And I pay no income tax.

Yup, I guess I can cope with that although it will be tough to get out of bed by 9:00am. Must make up for it on Tuesday.

Back to work on Thursday, by which time I really should try to sober up. Job is fine, although a little tedious. However, I've not been paid so much to do so little, so I can't complain. Will be looking to move on in the next few months though.

I don't like my job. I'm always busy yet it is so boring. Definitely hoping to get out of there this year.

I used to like my job - but things have slowly changed for the worst here and as soon as I get my visa issues sorted (fingers crossed) then I'll be outta here - I know I won't get paid as well, but its a quality of life issue....working closer to home and with possibly nicer people....

oh and a small matter of getting up at 5:40am to catch a 6:22am train, like this morning.....

I used to love my job but I hate it now. I'm fed up with dealing with customers, being given the shitty jobs by managers (because I've been here a long time) and doing the SAME job for 3 years. I may be getting into the supplier side of USA trips. If it stays the same though, I'm off.

I treasure my menial office job now. Monday to Friday, 9 - 5.30.
I'm not in charge of anyone other than myself, so no hassles. Job is a piece of piss, I can do 90% of the weeks work by Tuesday lunchtime. Leaves me hours and hours to mess about on here, surf the net, and write my book.

When i first started, i thought 'What better way to spend my day than looking at porn and ridding parts of the internet of illegal filth?' But i am scared now. Scared of how easy it has become to block out what i witness. Within a few months, i hope to quit and resensitise myself to human life outside the shadows.
But i'll turn my experience into a novel, perhaps, or drench someone in tears on my final day.

I used to like my job, but now really bored, get paid lots for doing not a great deal, but always feel pressurised and stressed. Since I have been stuck behind a desk I have become a shadow of my former self.
Looking to get back out on the road, have a second interview for a new job this week.

In my office it really annoys me that 1 bird turns up at 8.35 (8:30 start) EVERYDAY. Even when we had a skeleton staff over xmas she tunred up at 10:40 for a 10:30 start. Makes mu blood boil!!

What's the book easy?

"Marvellous Scenes" - a vague and meandering stroll through a life as an Albion fan. Some treasured memories, mixed in with an dollop of ill-informed opinion, rants, ramblings and heartache.
It kicks off in 1983, and I'm up to about 1994 now. Herefords gonna take ages, could do a seperate book on that day alone.

Maybe you should publish it in several volumes....in a hand-tooled red morocco leather binding. Or something.

Its all on Word at the moment, I've no such grandoise plans or pretensions of it ever getting as far as publishing, Crasher. Its more for me than anything else really, just stuff I wouldn't want to forget when I grow old and senile.

Its kind of fun once you get started though.

Yes my job is okay, there's been a reshuffle at work and I've been promoted into a different area so this presents a great opportunity for me.
