Now we have a date and time confirmed, queue the "I should get a ticket before anyone else" saga, but can anyone confirm for me that those fans who used to be away members are now called / put into the white membership automatically? Or did we have to re-apply and pay a further £10?Just want to know, so that I know that date I have to wait for to apply for tickets.

Many thanks In advance.

IndianaPaul.

So despite the fact I already paid the £10 to join the away membership FOR LIFE, I now have to pay another £10 to join the white scheme? That stinks A LOT!

Ah Withdean Wanderer, a long time reader of your posts!

Yes I know it is only £10, but it is the principle of the matter!

Also I bet there will be some kind of cut off from the point you joined a colour scheme membership!

Time to phone I think.

I think this come down to interpretation of the term 'for life'.

In the context of the away membership changing to white membership, the £10 only lasted for the life of the scheme, and not the life of the away member.

I hate the English language!

The white membership only lasts for two seasons apparently, as I went in there to buy it a couple of months ago.
