With the hype of Micky Adams coming back and the hope for greater attendances next year, how many do you predict will occupy the Withdean every other Saturday?

Of course, the home attendances will largely depend on where we are the league; I'd like to think we'll be in the top 7 for the majority of the season playing some good attacking football, therefore, I'm gonna go for an average attendance of 6,225.

Depends on many different factors, I will go for a fairly optimistic 6647 but hope that it may exceed that amount.

i think it will probably be down because people just can't afford to pay out - just the price of food shopping and petrol has gone up so much since christmas i think this may effect attendances

Very good points, I think football faces a difficult season, competing against inflation and the credit crunch...it is recreation and leisure that will suffer first when competing against basics such as food, travel and putting clothes on your back.

What she said. They have GOT to bring down the price of tickets from 25 quid.

They aren't going to though - they haven't reduced season ticket prices, so can't make individual tickets cheaper or it's unfair on those who've paid up front.

Of course, the attendances might be increased by new U21 season ticket holders getting in on the cheap, but i fully expect the amount of full paying adults in the ground to be a lot less, due to the clubs utterly retarded pricing policy.
