It's an image hosting website. You upload it from your PC the same as attaching a file to an email. They give you an address for the location of the picture and you put that address anywhere you want the picture to show up i.e. in your user profile for your avatar. The pic must be under a certain size. 10K I think.

how do you use animations/moving images on avatars or how do you make them in the first place
