yes... don't want to make the same mistake as Fleming and NZ the other day when they let the rate creep up too high though...

the normal formula is let the rate tick up during the middle overs but with our previous we could do with keeping it down below 7 to guard against losing a couple of wickets at some point...

yeah if we stay as we're going now should be fine, no higher than 7 tho for sure.
