parking and local restrictions is a strange subject . . . .I've lived in neighbourhoods where people complain for parking outside their house . . .my opinion is, 'its a public road, I'm taxed and insured and have every right to be here, f*** off you nimby c*nt !' although I'm not always that diplomatic
reminds me of the time I parked near the Cricks in Southwick, went back to the car the following day and some bloke had a go at me because I parked in "his space" on a public road, here are my exact words:
"Excuse me Sir but I pay my road tax and I'm fully insured so therefore I can park where I like on public roads including this road here"
With that I sat in the car as he stood there waiting for me to go so he could move his car 10feet forward back to "his" space. I fumbled with my stero deliberatley to get on his nerves, he then got in his car and started it up staring at me.....imagine the look on his face when I got out the car and walked off
GENIoS!
Left it there for another day too
pointless story for you all there!
