SCAT is a type of music (Jazz) made famouse by the song I'm the Scatman.
SKAT as favoured by the Germans, is sexual intercourse involving poo. Usually from bum to mouth, that sort of thing.
SD, in his original post, is indulging in wordplay. I presume he meant his missus liked listening to Scat music but he spelt it SKAT. I hope so, anyway.

Actually that is SCAT, from SCATOLOGY, meaning the study of shit.
I could have got it arse about face (pun very much intended). I'm not a fan of either so I plead total ignorance on the spelling.
