So you prefer the site of an IMAGINARY team to the site of the real club you claim to support?

Riiiight.

i follow Arsenal for crying out loud.

They're in the same league structure as Brighton. I don't see how you can support two teams in the same league system...

I support Brighton, obviously.

I also support Finn Harps. Who play in a different country, and who until they went up the season just ended, couldn't play in Europe. There is still not a chance in hell that Brighton will play them competitively.

I also support Celtic just out of family guilt. So laxly that I could just not support them in the morning if I wanted to (damn, this sounds like a smokers 'i could quit tommorrow' speech)

You however support a team with whom there is EVERY chance Brighton could get drawn against in the FA Cup or the League Cup, and against whom they could be playing regular competitve matches in a few seasons

I can't see how thats workable.

It does work, I have a similar interest in arsenal.

It works like this:-

Brighton against anyone = Brighton

Arsenal against anyone except Brighton = Arsenal

I used to have a similar thing with England and Ireland, England being first as the country I was brought up in, but unfortunately I have no affiliation with ireland anymore at all despite living there and having Irish parents.
