Was what facilities we will have (if any) at the stadium, there seems to be a lot of land around the stadium. I appreciate that a lot will be for Car Parking and Park and ride system?

well i would dearly like to see that ghastly pond filled in and a good old english theme pub built there, also that old churchy looking building would make a great bingo hall with a lick of paint and some roller blinds

That's what I heard too. Apparently there's a section in the middle where it plummets into Falmer pond to cool people down, as well as a couple of loops around the church.
