Anything GOOD come out of the credit crunch?

Surely an increase in candles, slippers and dressing gowns is more a sign that it's winter, and an upsurge in champagne possibly down to the impending festive season?

I can't believe people severely hit by the credit crunch are all piling into Majestic to buy champagne.

Wooden garden furniture sales will be up next summer as I've just broken up 2 chairs with a hammer so I can burn them in the hearth tonight.

Lots of scumbags are unable to afford to insure their cars = lots of modded Civics have gone to the crusher
Less traffic on the roads
Shop staff more willing to help
