Im well into Feng Shui and if I cant park my bus in a east west direction, then I will suffer from bad karma and the deal would have to be off.

You do realise that as soon as you accept payment for rent on any part of the property ie driveway your liable for capital gains tax once you sell the property. Its a minefield. unless your looking for "cash in hand" in which case it pretty stupid to advertise it on a public forum.
