I agree Carole was inconsistent and frustratingly bad at crossing, but Cox is not the most consistent of players either. I would probably rather have Cox, but if Carole was ever to return, I would welcome him back.

Cox is in my opinion amongst our top 2 players. If only he could practice getting corners past the first man and get rid of trying intricate free kicks that come to nothing.
Last year he was perfect for Murray and Cox has started to vary his play rather than the obligatory run down the wing, drag it back and cross. He is also, as NMH is always pointing out, a deadly striker of the ball from long range. Great attitude on and off the pitch too. Really gets stuck in and hassles opposition. Off the pitch is a great ambassador for the club with none of the ego that some people claim he has.
