I hadn’t realised you were actually going today; we should have had a beer together. Yes, it was fantastic - we came away with a dozen plants and bought a sculpture which we’re expecting to be delivered any minute. Did you enjoy?

The run is hand built from scratch. The coop is this one (with the addition of auto opening and closing doors):

Yes we went this morning, straight to cafe for fab cake and tea, gotta get in early as queues are horrendous .
Always enjoy going there, as it's a beautiful place to visit.
The house has a lot of history, priest holes and tunnels for starters, no euphemism intended 😉
We're going to the dahlia festival later on in August, that's very good 👍

Yep! Yet again, the good doctor her indoors was right.
Missed this thread when it started….well done on your venture …a customer of mine had chickens and i spent half the time of my scheduled visits trying to recapture the fekers….your henhouse/enclosure look top notch …have to say i wasnt keen on clipping their wings either..or cleaning out the muck….however the eggs were definitely far tastier than those i bought
