Anyone here worked in the Police?

Just trying to get some kind of career back together to get myself sorted out and some money flowing back into my bank, and the Police is one such option. Just wondered if people here who have/had served in the Police had anything to say about their time? PM me if there's anything that you dont want to say in public, but I'd be interested to hear a bit about what it's like.

And I'd rather the anti-police crew didn't start ranting on about fascism and what not.
