I think it is the top end. Could be the old Hampshire Chronicle offices.

My last grandfather lived in Winchester. He died around 6 years ago. Alzheimers was a part of it. Everything crumbled. He was a maths teacher and greatly loved by students, in an unsexual way. Had a tache too. Then, when alzheimers came to bully his earnings, his voice became almost unhearable, and this vocal inhibition and invisibility made him cry quite often. Such vocal intelligence dead.
Shame that.

Yes. I used to work directly opposite the Buttercross in Pizzaland many years ago - it's now an Alliance & leicester I believe
