In my workplace there is a rule that you cannot have more than 7 sick days in a 365 day period. Else disciplinary action and pay docking is metted out by our friends in HR.

Blimey your HR are a bit on the harsh side, 7 sick days a year does'nt even give you time to be ill.

Seriously though I am a strong believer that a regular alchol intake kills germs off before they get a toe hold. The illest and sickest people I find are low intakers or teetotalers.
