Spring Cup Update: Starts 1st March

There are 4 groups of 4 - Everyone will play 3 games.
3 points for a win, 1 for a draw.
A fail counts as a 7.
If you do not post a result on a game day, you will score a 7 and an automatic loss (even if the other player posts a fail.)
Top 2 in each group will qualify for the quarter finals.
In the event of a tie for position, final positions will be decided by:
a) Total Go Difference (the difference between your scores and your competitors' scores - the lower the better)
b) Total Goes (the fewer the better)
c) Head to Head result

If the positions cannot be separated, then a replay will take place until there is a clear winner.

I have done a random draw for groups - no seedings this time.

For transparency sake, I used a random number function on a spreadsheet for each player, then ranked the random numbers from 1 to 16.
1-4 went into Group A, 5-8 Group B etc

Next time I will get a velvet bag and balls and livestream the Draw with Alan Mullery and Glen Murray drawing out the balls.
