A friend of mine Simon Parkin - who is a very good journalist - interviewed Josh Wardle (the creator of Wordle himself), for his new podcast My Perfect Console.

It's basically Desert Island Discs, but for video games. Well worth a listen, for those interested. Touches on the sale of Wordle to New York Times and what that was like when this game was going viral, and how he came up with the game as a bit of fun for his girlfriend.
