Someone did mention this a few weeks ago, winning streaks are certainly very important and I have failed twice since I have been playing. A players average is an indication of how successful they have been in finding a solution in the least amount of moves and I think that it is the best way to sort the league.

On reflection my 3rd guess was utter bobbins and now looking at the other scores today just rubs that in.

92/92 3.65

Would have been far better to have got the first four letters on the fourth go to have a perfect slope!

I agree, if it was streak over average I would be turning hard mode off straight away and using letter elimination words to remove the jeopardy of wrong guesses. Don't think I could ever compete with the top 5 averages though, some people are displaying Uri Geller levels of intuition.
