It depends where the club has registered the logo. They've probably just registered ii within the EU which means these septics wouldn't be covered. Might still have a claim, but they aren't misrepresenting themselves as BHAFC so can't see why the club would bother
Its just a small amateur club. Quite often such a club have an English head coach. Maybe their's is from Brighton?...

Do we own the copyright to our badge. We do to the old round ones but not the shield whichs certainly does not appear to be a registered trademark as there is no Registered mark or Copyright mark on it.
