It depends where the club has registered the logo. They've probably just registered ii within the EU which means these septics wouldn't be covered. Might still have a claim, but they aren't misrepresenting themselves as BHAFC so can't see why the club would bother

No problem it's apparently a soccer club. Nothing to do with English Football. :laugh:
 


Do we own the copyright to our badge. We do to the old round ones but not the shield whichs certainly does not appear to be a registered trademark as there is no Registered mark or Copyright mark on it.
