Anybody still have doubts about the Falmer decision?

I am a bit concerned, although very encouraged, that everybody seems to think Falmer is in the bag.

Can you say with TOTAL confidence that you are sure it's a YES?

I remember before the last eagerly awaited decision how confident we all were and how gutted I felt until Lord B and others explained that it wasn't the outright NO that local radio first broadcast. Was that really two years ago

Anyway I don't dare get my hopes up too much just in case

It's almost definitely going to be a YES. But I reckon there could be some OUTRAGEOUS conditions etc.
