Any Apple Mac men out there who can help please

I've just downloaded a 'ics' of Albion's fixtures from the Seagull's site. Following all the instructions I have managed to get the fixtures onto iCal. But I don't use iCal, I use a Google Calender via Firefox. Is there a way of popping it into Google Cal. I'm sure I did that last year. Thanks if anyone can help.

Assuming your running OSX 10.6 (Snow Leopard) or later, just go into preferences on iCal, select accounts and input your Google Account details. It should automatically 2 way sync from then on.
